Cancellation requests and changes to orders must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Please ensure you review your order thoroughly prior to checking out. Once your order has been fulfilled and you receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number, your order cannot be cancelled. 

We ship Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service from Farmington Hills, MI. The shipping rate will be displayed in your cart and is determined by USPS, based on the total weight of all the products in your order. Shipping is free on orders over $50. Please keep in mind that shipping may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. Once the post office has your package, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays. We are not responsible for delivery delays or cancellations due to incorrect address information. Please ensure all your delivery and contact information is correct prior to finalizing your order. 

We offer delivery to select zip codes that are local to Farmington Hills, MI for a delivery fee of $5. If your zip code qualifies, you will see the Local Delivery option during checkout. We will contact you by text message once your order is ready to be delivered to coordinate drop-off.  Please ensure your contact information is correct prior to finalizing order. 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we will work to ensure your order is right. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@ambreose.com so we can make it right.
